Our November meeting will be held at Holiday Inn and Suites Stadium located at 2785 Ramada Way in Ashwaubenon, the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm.

We will not meet in December so our members have more time to devote to their families during the busy holiday season.
Starting in January, our meeting place will be moved to Ramada Plaza Hotel at 2750 Ramada Way (accross the street from our current location)
All Members and Associate Members are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. Non members are welcome to attend up to two meetings free. You'll come because your curious, you'll stay because you have found value! We have alot to offer the landlords!

AANW serves the residential industry in Northeastern Wisconsin through education, legislative lobbying and much more.
The AANW meets the second Wednesday of each month (excluding July and December).
Meetings are scheduled at 6:00 pm. These have been very informative discussions about many of the questions for which you specifically need an answer. Meetings generally last one to two hours. See the meeting agenda page for a list of our next speakers.
All landlords, property managers, and vendors to the rental property industry are invited to attend two free meetings to see what the AANW can offer to you.
