Article 12 Committees  The president shall appoint, with the approval of the majority of the Board, the chairs for all committees established by the Board. The Board may establish or retire committees as needed to conduct the business of the Association. Committees established shall include the following: Nominating Committee which shall meet as needed to select a slate of candidates to the membership for election at the annual meeting. Membership of this committee shall include an equal number of Board and non-Board members, with a minimum of four members. Political Action Committee which shall meet as needed. Events Committee which shall meet as needed to arrange special events which further the goals of the Association. Newsletter and Information Committee which shall meet as needed to provide information to the membership which is useful in the management of residential rental properties, at regular meetings and in a monthly newsletter. | ||||||||
