Article 14 Use of Funds  The president, treasurer and secretary shall be the only persons empowered to sign and issue checks. Two signatures shall be required, one of which shall be the treasurer. Upon dissolution of the Association, any remaining assets shall be distributed as determined by the Board, except that no part of the net earnings of the Association shall inure to the benefit of or be distributed to, its members, directors, officers or other private persons, except that the Association shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for service rendered. | ||||||||
