Article 16 Review and Amendment  Founding By-Laws shall be presented to the membership on June 14, 1995, for approval by Charter Members and shall govern the association from June 14, 1995, until December 31, 1995. The By-Laws shall be reviewed annually, prior to the annual meeting, by the nominating committee and the Board, who shall make recommendation to the Board regarding the By-Laws. Amendments to the By-Laws shall be approved by a 2/3 vote of the Board prior to presentation to the membership for their approval. Notice shall be given to the members stating any proposed changes to these By-Laws and also stating which regular meeting or annual meeting the membership shall be called upon to approve or reject these proposed changes. This notice shall be mailed to the membership at least one month prior to the call for such approval. These By-Laws may be amended by 2/3 vote of members attending this meeting. All amendments shall become effective 30 days following the approval by the members. | ||||||||
