Article 17 Miscellaneous  The fiscal year shall be January 1 to December 31. The annual meeting shall be held in the October or November for the purposes of conducting Association business, to make an annual report to the membership of the state of the Association and to elect Board officer's and other directors. A quorum of the membership at a general meeting shall consist of a simple majority of those members present, unless otherwise specified. | ||||||||
