Hopefully all is going well with your rentals.

For May’s Meeting we will be having Dr Rent and for June’s Meeting a panel of current landlords that you can ask questions to on how they handle certain situations. August will be Picnic which will be in Green Bay so watch for details.  September Tradeshow.  October part two of forms and November Evictions.

We again will be offering to pay half for conference to WAA Convention. Excluding transportation and hotel accommodations. This year conference is here in Green Bay. AANW is in charge of entertainment for Friday night. We are looking at a comedian. I’m sure you won’t want to miss the entertainment nor the training offered so sign up now. This is a great opportunity to network and learning opportunity. You pay the initial cost and attend and turn in your receipt that you attended and we will pay half. First 10 to sign up so first come first serve.

At the end of this year our lease is up again with Ramda.  Please let one of Board Members know of place you would like to see meetings held at.
