Happy New Year AANW Members! I am going to start by reflecting on 2008. First of all I want to give a special thank you to Don Socha for all the years he volunteered and helped out on the AANW Board. “Thank you Don.” I also want to thank all my BOARD members for volunteering to be involved on the 2008 AANW Board. We faced lots of challenges in 2008. Each one of them contributed something to this organization day in and day out. Thank you for all that you do. I also want to welcome our new Board Member Mark Sustman. I look forward to working with him. We do still have one opening for Vice President. So if you would like to get more involved in AANW let me know. I also want to thank an AANW Associate Member who volunteers her talent every month. Special thanks to Mary Buckman who puts the newsletter together for us each month. She does such a wonderful job and AANW is so fortunate to have her. Thank you Mary for all the time you put into our newsletter every month to make it so professional looking! Now onto 2009. You’re not going to want to miss some of the programs we have planned for 2009. We have some great programs on the way. We are going to start January with Associate Member Puro Clean and then the City of Green Bay Police Chief. February we have Associate Member Finance System they can collect monies from a past tenant who owes you money. March we will have a round table on Non Standard Addendums and House Rules. Something new for 2009 at every meeting we will have an Associate Member SpotLight. At each meeting one of our Associate Members will be sponsoring the evening by presenting their product or service near the check in table at our meetings. Another topic we will be having at meetings is “What would you do?” Attend the next meeting to learn more about this topic. Renew your membership today and plan to attend the 2009 meetings for great learning opportunities. Don’t forget to bring a friend to next meeting so they can learn what AANW has to offer. Happy New Year and I look forward to seeing you all January 14th. Nancy Kay Behnke AANW President 2008/ 2009
