IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION
For tax purposes: In 2011, 17.92% ($25.98) of your $145 of state dues were used for legislative activity and cannot be claimed as a tax deduction. You may claim $119.02 as a tax deduction on your 2011 taxes.
Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at Ramada Plaza Hotel located at 2750 Ramada Way.
Hors d' oeuvres will be served during the social/networking time at 6pm. Meeting starts at 6:30. These meetings are always informative.
Before and after the meeting it is possible to purchase standard rental industry forms, obtain product and service information provided by our business partners, and obtain the previous month's eviction list.
During the meeting, there is always an interesting program of speakers, roundtable discussions, and other information sharing.
In all meetings, we believe you will learn at least one thing which will save you more than your yearly dues! But ask other members youself in the lively exchanges which occur after the formal meeting ends.

Visit the RED table. We added a new benefit to our meetings-the red table. The red table will be a table in the back of the meeting room where 2 of our experienced landlord members will be available to answer your questions. Have a question, but don't want to ask in front of the audience? Ask our experts in private. We will try to advise you to the best of our knowledge.
All Members and Associate Members are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings. Non members are welcome to attend up to two meetings free. You'll come because your curious, you'll stay because you have found value! We have alot to offer the landlords!

AANW serves the residential industry in Northeastern Wisconsin through education, legislative lobbying and much more.
The AANW meets the second Wednesday of each month (excluding July and December).
Meetings are scheduled at 6:00 pm. These have been very informative discussions about many of the questions for which you specifically need an answer. Meetings generally last one to two hours. See the meeting agenda page for a list of our next speakers.
