I thought it would be neat to have a "miniature" Afghan Hound.

I regret to say that this is a classic example of not doing your homework on the breed and that I did NOT listen to other Doxie owners. I could not have picked 2 more opposite temperments.

We love him to death but I should have known better. I also work with Doxie rescue and can not tell you how many of these guys have landed in rescue for temperament issues alone.

Lesson learned, perhaps others could learn from my experience?!
