Alzheimer's and Aging Links
The first link below, to the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, will take you to an excellent and extensive set of links. I will include a few of my favorites here, but you will find many more at the JAD site. For photography links, go to the next section, please.

Journal of Alzheimer's Disease
This excellent page offers a superb set of links for families and researchers. It also lists centers and forthcoming conferences.

Silverado Senior Living
The photographs in the book were all taken at the Escondido community, but ALL the communities provide the same superb care, operating under the same philosophy.

Conferences about Alzheimers's
Alzforum presents the most extensive list of conferences I have found. See you at one of them???!!!

Alzheimer's Association
This is a US national voluntary health organization dedicated to research for the causes, cure, and prevention of Alzheimer's disease and to providing education and support services to Alzheimer's patients, their families and caregivers.

Alzheimer Europe

Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation
This site helps Alzheimer's patients, their families, friends and caregivers, to make sense of the vast resources available. Built into the site is a geo-search function that allows users to access the most extensive Alzheimer's specific databases with information on doctors, elder law attorneys, senior cae centers and more. The site also features live moderated chats with experts. Message boards are coming soon to allow users to share information and ask advice of others in similar situations.
