Location: Santa Fe Dam Recreational Area in Irwindale.
Directions: The park is located southeast of where the 605 & 210 freeways meet. Enter park on Azusa Canyon Rd (on Arrow Hwy, just west of Irwindale Ave): pay the park vehicle fee and then turn left at the main park roadway and proceed all the way to parking lots 5 or 6 (*except during April, May & early June). Launch area will be roped off just south of parking lots (toward the dam) in "overflow" area. Park map is available at entrance or on our website.
*During April, May & early June when the Renaissance Fair is using the west end of the park, we use the much smaller lawn area just south of the boat launch parking lot. Turn right at the boat launch road that leads to that parking lot. You can't miss it since it's just past parking lot 3 and there is a stop sign there.
