Owner Rosie Klepper, realized that there was an Opportunity to develop Verbiage & novelty T’s shirts for dogs that had unique graphics and catchy phrases. Rosie has been in the apparel industry for over twenty five years and has a broad understanding of Domestic manufacturing, imports, international marketing and distribution.
