An Alexander Lesson

Table work

While you rest on the table, I will use gentle hands-on guidance to help you release long-standing neck tension.  This promotes length and ease through the spine.



Tablework
As you release tension from the neck and upper back, I use my hands to continue bringing ease through the rest of your body.

Working in movement
As you explore everyday movement, such as getting in and out of a chair, or walking, I use my hands to help guide you while easing neck tension and promoting length through your spine.
