ABOUT CORVETTE'S OF SONOMOA COUNTY
|
|
The Purpose of Corvettes of Sonoma County is best described in the by-laws of our club. |
 |
To encourage interest in the ownership of Corvettes.
Promote favorable relationships with the general public. Exchange ideas, information and technical data related to Corvettes.
Support sanctioned sport car competition in various forms. Cultivate safe driving habits and stimulate pride in ownership among Corvette owners.
Obtain and share technical information, literature from the factory and other sources.
We meet once per month in Santa Rosa for a business meeting to plan our monthly social event and discuss group and other community activities. And we DRIVE our cars as often as Zora intended!!
The proceeds of a 50/50 raffle held during our monthly meetings, assist to fund various charitable donations throughout the year.
What Corvettes of Sonoma County Is Not
A group who worries if you have the correct bolt head in the proper place. We are impressed if you do, but this is not a requirement for membership. We do not "check your numbers". We've even had a President whose car looked more like a laundry basket in his garage than a Corvette, another President with a blower, (yes belt and all) sticking through the hood of his mid-year. Whatever condition your "Plastic Fantastic" is in, you are more than welcome to come join us!
Big demands on your time, join and enjoy our Social Events to the limit of your available time. As always, you will get out as much as you have time to enjoy. |
