ART GALLERY
The current art exhibit is Animal-Textured, a series of acrylic mixed-media paintings of animal subjects (including lions) painted by myself, 1990-1991. These "different" pictures are art paintings that have been modeled or textured to give an unusual somewhat 3-D effect. For links, see column at left and below.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Many Suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and there is no universal cure. Click the link for suggestions. Though one can change the activity of the colon by the minerals one takes, such as varying the quantity of calcium and magnesium in the diet, one must be very careful, as too much (or not enough) of any mineral can be harmful, any adjustments should be under medical supervision.
