Multiple-width Draperies - Because fabric, unlike paper, is not a completely stable "substance," it cannot be taken for granted that when it is printed the pattern will invariably be completely squared upon the cloth.

Although in printing every effort is made to avoid distortion, occasionally it will exist. Therefore, when planning multiple-width draperies please make certain, BEFORE CUTTING, that pattern alignment is adequate to produce a satisfactory end result.

No guarantee against fading or fabric durability. Pattern Repeats are approximate and may vary from shipment to shipment.

When ordering for draperies or bedspreads, please specify cut lengths. This can save us both a phone call and time wasted.

IF DYE LOT IS IMPORTANT, PLEASE REQUEST A CUTTING FROM THE ORIGINAL STOCK. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED IF IT DOES NOT MATCH ORIGINAL SAMPLE BOOK SWATCH.

Restocking Charges: ( These apply when you want to return fabric through no fault of our own)

35% charge on cuts of 10 to 15 yards.

30% charge on cuts over 15 yards.

No Returns or claims will be allowed:

If goods have been cut or processed.

On special order fabrics.

On custom prints.

10 yards or less.

On fabricstreated with special order finishes, example: Flame proofing.

If your claim or return is made 90 days or more after the invoice date.

If you've failed to notify our Customer Service Department of the return.

No returns will be accepted without our written authorization.

RESERVES: Fabrics placed on reserve, Pro-formas; and cutting for approval will be held for 10 worknig days.

Amerex / Naco Fabrics will NOT be held responsible for any labor charges resulting from the application of flawed or incorrect merchandise.

All Amerex / Naco Custom Down & Feather products are made to order, which means we DO NOT stock any merchandise, assuring you a fresh made product every time. This means lead time is usually from 10 to 15 business days, regardless of size or fill.

                                    CUSTOM FABRIC LAMPSHADES

All Amerex / Naco Custom Fabric Lampshades are made to YOUR specifications, please be sure of your measurements BEFORE you give us the order. Since all custom fabric lampshades are hand sewn, lead time is usually from 4 to 6 weeks from date we recieve C.O.M.(customers own material)
