Company History: Established in 1986, Calvert and Associates quickly grew to become one of the largest residential appraisal firms in Indianapolis. Clients from across the U.S., as well as local firms, call upon Calvert and Associates to conduct appraisals.

We specialize in providing accurate, timely quality appraisals utilizing the latest in technology.

All appraisers affiliated with Calvert and Associates are helpful, trained professionals capable of handling the most difficult residential appraisals.

President

Doris Calvert, SRA, CRP, is the President and Owner of Calvert and Associates. Ms Calvert has been appraising since 1986. In 1990 she was accepted as full member of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, which has now merged with another organization to form the most highly recognized Appraisal Institute. The CRP designation (Certified Relocation Professional) was completed in 1996.

Over the years Ms Calvert has established a reputation for fairness, accuracy and superior quality appraisals. This has resulted in a large client base of national companies through-out the U.S. who are/or have been referred by lenders in the Secondary Market.
