Spring Dinner on June 7th

We were excited to return to the Union Restaurant for a fundraising dinner on Sunday, June 7th, 2009. Owner and chef Ethan Stowell and his staff donated proceeds from the 5-course dinner with spring wine pairings. Ethan has been voted one of the top ten up-and-coming chefs in America--the dinner was spectacular and raised thousands of dollars.
