1. Students with chronic misbehavior consume a great deal of the financial and emotional resources in a school or school district. By ending misbehavior such as impulsiveness and opposition, denial, and the cycle of discouragement students can stay on task and achieve.
2. This can eliminate the need for costly testing and placement. Your state may offer extra funding when your students improve in their achievement.
3. Preventing one outside special placement could mean keeping a regular class size smaller. It will take two or three more students to bring in enough funding to offset a special placement.
