Though
Pharmanex has previously evaluated their products and found them to be in
compliance with IOC standards, Pharmanex submitted 14 products to the
National Medical Service and Quest Diagnostic laboratories for testing
against IOC year 2000 criteria.
These
products were subjected to a full panel of chemically-based tests at two
independent, certified laboratories. These facilities were selected due to
their ability to screen for all six classes of IOC-banned substances
(anabolic steroids, diuretics, narcotics, stimulants, beta-blockers and peptide
hormones).

not, or should not, trigger a positive drug test, based on simulated IOC
testing methodology as of 1/1/01.
