Payment is due within four to five days of confirmation. We accept cashiers check, personal checks or credit cards. We do discount for cash. The credit cards we accept are Visa and Master Card. You may e-mail or call for the up to the minute rates, and availability at (415) 459-5921 or fax into (415) 459-6422. We need the names of all passengers as they appear on their passports and if children are traveling, we need passport names and photocopies of passports to verify ages. All passports must still be valid for 6 months from your return date to the USA. Please be aware that consolidator tickets have STRICT cancellation and change penalties once ticketed and several carriers are completely non-refundable. Travelers Insurance is highly recommended.

Once payment is received by Gotta Go Discount Travel, Inc. we will have a turn around time of 14 days. For rush delivery or for bookings within five business days there is a $100.00 rush fee which will guarantee your tickets to you within two business days.

To avoid an error or problems we suggest you fill out the itinerary form with your dates and the spelling of your first and last name, the way it appears on your passport, and send this information with your payment so we can verify your dates and the spelling of you names on the reservation. If this information is not received by Gotta Go Discount Travel, Inc. we will not assume responsibility if there are any errors on your tickets. Penalties mentioned earlier may then apply for changes in dates and times or for spelling corrections.
