Products at our retail market include: fresh live lobsters, of a variety of sizes, and fresh lobster meat; lobster bisque; crabs; steamer clams, littleneck clams, cherrystone clams, quahog clams, clam chowder, scallops, mussels, and oysters; a variety of seafood salads including mussel salad, calamari salad, fruits-of-the-sea salad, snail salad, and pickled herring; shrimp of a variety of sizes; whole-fish and/or fillet-fish including cod, haddock, mackerel, whiting, swordfish, salmon, tuna, scup, squid, conger eel; smoked-fish including mackerel, bluefish, tuna and salmon; and sundry items: marinades, crackers, batter mixes, and other seafood cooking and accompaniment products.
