Those of you who own or have seen my actual drawings know how luminous and saturated my colors are. It's been and 8-year learning curve to get these images on the Web. I never know how my colors translate over the Net and from monitor to monitor. Please know that I'm doing my best to give you a true representation of each drawing.

As you can see, this page is a "work in progress". I will fill in the blanks as my time permits.

If you are interested in the details of a specific piece, please email me at the address above, call me at (707) 935 - 1334.

"The Boxing Match"
"The Boxing Match" was created in 1987, and has become one of my signature pieces. I'm amazed to hear how many folks say that these are their cats! (I hear this at least 3 times a show!)

"The Fignts" happened nightly at our house. Our orange kitten, Jack, would invite his buddy Ben (an all black kitten) over to bat at and pounce on each other in a crate we used as a coffee table. The rough-housing would get so intense that either Michael or I would shout "DING!" as loudly as we could. This resulted in a moment of silence, cats frozen in mid-swing to look at us with wide eyes. Then Round Two would begin...

We reproduced this image as a limited edition lithograph (ed. 800 / 80 APs). The edition is nearly sold out.

"The Boxing Match" was licensed for many products in the '90s, including a notecard, puzzle, calendar picture, and counted cross-stich pattern.

It has become one of my most popular and well-known images.

Currenly, it is framed to 16" x 20" with double rag mats (blue inner, white outer)and set in a blue translucent frame,
