Why Karla with a K?

It's really not that deep. It's just that my name is: Karla with a K...NOT with a C. All my life I've had to correct anyone who writes my name...I've always had to say that's
Karla with a K when they automatically spell it with a "C."
People ALWAYS think "C" first, and spell it WRONG!!
Before it's all over, I'm going to write a children's book about the importance of spelling one's name correctly, the way my father expressed it to me.
I'll keep you posted on it's completion.
