Q:  How will I know if my rental offer is accepted?
A:  As the owner, we will contact you directly by sending you a Rental Agreement after you have agreed on a rental rate.  Sign the Rental Agreement, making sure you clearly understand the agreement.  You will be asked to make a 50% deposit to secure the rental.

Q:  How long is the rental for?
A:  Typically the stay is 7 days.  Usually check-in and check-out is Saturday-Saturday.  However, we will agree, in advance, on the specific rental period and check-in/check-out information, as this varies from resort to resort.
 
Q:  How do I confirm my accommodations?
A:  We will inform the resort of the rental and give them your information.  You should call the resort directly for additional confirmation.

Q:  Do I need to bring bed linens, pillows, etc., with me?
A:  No.  Everything is included, just like a hotel.  Most resorts will even include a daily or weekly maid service.  Check with us on the services and amenities provided by the resort.
