Why should there be REPARATIONS for the "Negro," "African-American" or "Black" person in the United States? Because British slave owner Willie Lynch's "long range, comprehensive economic plan" was a "hate crime" that the white man used to create the "Negro," who was to work for his business and pleasure. That's why! It was nothing personal, just business. And so is REPARATIONS. It's just business.
In 1712, British slave owner, Willie Lynch declared to Virginia slave owners that his economic plan to create the "Negro," "control and maintain the Negro mentality" while creating a "division of labor" (socio-economic classes), would be self-perpetuating for over 300 years, if executed correctly by the current generation. The methods he outlined to the slaveholders for implementing his "economic plan" would be defined as a "hate crime" today.
It is now 2003, and Lynch's "plan" was most effective in creating racial dysfunction and pathology in American society for both Blacks and Whites, but in different ways. Since the EMANCIPATION PROCLAMATION and the abolition of physical slavery, many Blacks still harbor the psychological slavery Lynch law manifested. Negroes, Blacks, African-Americans...(whatever "they" decide to call us every few years) are still manipulated, abused and controlled by Corporate America, the government and the media. It doesn't matter that Blacks are no longer in chains physically, slavery has become a self-perpetuating and self-condemning mindset for many Blacks, even 291 years later. White Americans haven't escaped its pernicious effects either. Their guilt and fear are evident in today's Republican, right wing agenda, but they are so preoccupied with America's "new negro," (Latinos and Illegal Immigrants) that they forget to cover the secrets and schemes they've used to keep Blacks in check. Extreme Right Wingers using Talk Radio as their "voice" are inadvertently disclosing their "white people secrets," as I call them.
Here are just a few I've discovered:
some customers were getting FREE ISP service from AOL since AOL started, until they "divorced" Time Warner (announced by disgruntled KABC radio morning talk show host after losing his free service);
public Charter Schools served as "white flight schools" for white children to continue receiving free public education, while avoiding the distraction going to school with poor children of color (revealed by the moderator of a charter school development workshop in Anaheim, CA);
the Home Schooling that so many white children receive(d), teaches the Bible as a core academic course. Prayer and reading the Bible were outlawed in public schools thanks to a Supreme Court ruling in 1963, thanks to white atheist, Madeline Murray O'Hare. This ruling was a detriment to people of color, who were denied the privilege of learning about God while in school.(I learned that the Bible is taught to Home Schooled kids when I was teaching a 1st Grade class at Little Purple People Learning Academy using the LifePac Home School Curriculm).
Unfortunately, inequities will continue for all Americans unless we face our TRUTH! Our ugly, buried TRUTH. We can't afford to be in denial anymore because we are killing ourselves politically, economically, psycholocially, emotionally and socially. White people feel GUILTY and Black people, ANGRY, because of the seeds of this "plan" that were planted long ago and are now being harvested. But many are not even aware of being in Willie Lynch's "Garden," or should I say "PLANTATION?"
The Willie Lynch Economic Plan IS and HAS NOT been taught in schools. It IS NOT talked about in the media and it IS NOT acknowledged by the government.
Many people don't understand why our country suffers such racial dysfunction between Black and White Americans because "willie lynchism" has been buried between the CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS MYTH and the REVOLUTIONARY WAR. It's time to excavate our REAL history.
In the words of the infamous, Rodney King, "Why can't we all get along?"
...because we have been brainwashed by the the Willie Lynch, "Long-range, Comprehensive Economic Plan!" Or as Frederick Douglass called it in his Narrative, "Frederick Douglass, an American Slave," Lynch Law.
This little piece of business that justified White slaveholder's "hate crimes" against African slaves has been LEFT OUT of history textbooks, but thanks to the Internet, we now have access to this vital information/education. It sheds a very bright light on America's history and present condition. If we look back in our history, we can CONNECT THE DOTS and understand our racial problems. The Willie Lynch Economic Plan explains White guilt and fear of Blacks. It explains Black anger and distrust of Whites and each other.

Lynch Law broke the Black man of his natural instinct, given to him by God, to protect and take care of his wife and family. For a time, it was ILLEGAL for Blacks to marry. IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR BLACKS TO READ. Is it any wonder that Blacks have MAJOR relationship ISSUES? IS IT ANY WONDER THAT BLACK MEN SUFFER LOW ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT?
The horrible "instruction of containent" described in the "plan" as "breaking the African woman," frightened her into a psychological "frozen independence," causing her to resist depending on the Black man for protection or sustenance.
She would raise her daughter to be INDEPENDENT like herself and raise her son to be MENTALLY WEAK and PHYSICALLY STRONG, so at 16 yrs. old, when it was time for him to go to work for the "master," he'd go willingly, without resistance. The Black man's lack of mental fortitude subdued his natural tendency to fight against enslavement, hence, the Black woman believed her efforts saved his life. The reality is that she was/is USED by the white man to control/contain the Black man.
The Lynch plan to "break the negro" (by the way, the word "nigger" is used throughout the Lynch plan, for those of you who believe the word "nigger" can be changed from a negative into a positive) MUST be ACKNOWLEDGED, DISCUSSED AND ANALYZED in the classroom to save future generations in America, Black and White, from harboring the guilt, anger and twisted thinking Lynch Law perpetuates.
In the midst of global terrorism, it is imperative that ALL Americans learn to be on the same side. We need to establish American solidarity by coming together as a nation. NATIONALITY should take precedence over ETHNICITY in our country, as it does in the world. There is only ONE RACE, THE HUMAN RACE. ETHNICITY is important, but we are Americans FIRST in Iraq, France and Germany! The color of our skin tells a story, but skin color is the least of their concerns when at war with the United States of America.
An American is an American, FIRST, whether Black, White or of Hispanic or Asian descent, in the eyes of the world. NOW BACK TO REPARATIONS...
Consider the following concept:
A REPARATIONS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM (RCP) for "NEGROES," who have suffered the psychological and economic effects of Slavery and Lynch Law, supported by Corporate America, the U. S. Government and the general public.
The revenue generated would be used to RE-EDUCATE, REVERSE and REPLACE Willie Lynch's insidiously heinous economic plan/law that continues to have residual effects on American society through corporatate, media and government policy today. Politicians receive major campaign contributions to wheel and deal on behalf of Corporate America. But, why reinvent the proverbial wheel? I propose we model the RCP on the Jewish Kashruth, a Jewish Reparations program that generates billions of dollars for Jewish causes.
The Kashruth Department of the Rabbinical Council of America certifies products with an insignia--a circled U or K that certifies products Kosher and acceptable for Jewish consumption. Participating companies (Proctor & Gamble, Kellogg's, Trader Joe's, et. al.) pay to participate in the certification program while the general public participates by buying "certified" products. Next time you buy a bottle of Arrowhead water, look for the circled U. In most cases, the public is ignorant of the Kosher certification and their contribution to this Jewish cause.
Rabbis (Jewish lawyers and judges, NOT necessarily HOLY men of God) are well paid to "certify" and monitor these products. A great deal of money is generated for the Jewish community through this program because, in addition to an initial application fee, there is an annual renewal fee that companies pay to continue their participation in the program.

The Rabbinical Council of America administers this Jewish Reparations program (Kashruth). The right people would need to be selected, elected or hired to administer a Reparations Certification Program for "NEGROES," as well. Clergy? Politicians? Community Leaders? Lawyers? Judges? A Private Company? A Non-Profit Organization? A combination of all?
Don't like the name "NEGRO"? Well, name and claim a new name, ONCE AND FOR ALL, FOR YOURSELF, in the process of securing Reparations!
The MISSION of the RCP would include creating revenue streams from products and services sold to the general public that are offered and manufactured by companies committed to:
EMPLOYING a SPECIFIED PERCENTAGE OF BLACKS based on the market they serve;
PROMOTING POSITIVE IMAGES OF BLACKS in their advertising, marketing and promotional campaigns;
MODIFYING STATE EDUCATION CONTENT STANDARDS for PUBLIC elementary and secondary schools to INCLUDE the Willie Lynch Economic Plan and Speech of 1712;
ELIMINATING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE by mandating that PUBLIC schools USE technology for classroom instruction, by 2006, for socio-economically disadvantaged youth of all ethnicities.
The REPARATIONS CERTIFICATION PROGRAM would:
be supported by private corporations and the U. S. Government through public policy
use an insignia to "CERTIFY" products and services "approved" for purchase by RCP supporters because the manufacturer, producer or supplier is a RCP signatory and is committed to the mission of the RCP.
Rather than expect the government to write a check or have splintered Reparation groups clog the courts with litigation by suing companies guilty of "making money off of the backs of Black slaves," CORPORATIONS, the U. S. Government and the general public would TOGETHER, pay Reparations to "Negroes," just as we do for Jews who were victimized by the Holocaust.
The ultimate goal would be to channel revenue into community programs that support empowerment and educational goals specifically geared toward eradicating the "willie lynchism" that has crippled the American psyche and damaged societal relationships throughout the United States for generations.
