"JIMY" Leak Check DIMPLE PLUG^Ž (patent no. D462,625, "Air Leak Indicator") are pressure indicating plugs that can find the smallest leak in your heat exchanger tube. They are available in all tube sizes.

The plugs are inserted into both ends of the heat exchanger tubes
as shown below. After a soaking period, a leaking tube will be
identified by a noticeable depression, or bubble, on the membrane
surface of the plug. Leaking tubes can then be plugged.
