vitamins are need for energy production. The foods we eat are over cooked, (or totally dead food) therefore are stripped of any nutrients they may have held. Processed foods and fast foods are way over abused, which causes abuse to the body on a cellular level.. vitamins made from pure foods extracted at their peak preformance is what the body needs and craves. No one can eat each day what is needed to maintain good health, fight off infections, sleep better, and to help rebuild vitamin stores in the body. As we get older we need to supplement and eat right before the body hits the disease phase.
