This is the time for the Government to shine.
With a Govt. Malpractice insurance or coverage to Doctors so they don't have to test for everything maybe this would have a better chance to show the govt. is serious. A cap on congresses and hopefully all govt. salaies is a good sign.
Does Congress know Chase Manhattan Bank has increased its monthly payments approx. 3 times on its credit cards for non late payers.
Alternative increase interest rates for two years then almost double them.?

Have high deductable insurance for everyone.
Start with people who had previous insurance.
Give Government Insurance to Clinics.
Get the unemployed and those that want to have change do it before we include the world of people who never paid in.

Gov. Clinics that have malpractice protection.
CONGRESSMEN GET ON TV AND TELL THE AMERICANS IT IS NOT THE PROBLEM AND ONLY REPRESENTS 1% OF THE PROBLEM. HOW GULLABLE DO YOU THINK THE PEOPLE ARE?

Stop Lawsuits AGAINST DOCTORS for Malpractice.
Doctors don't do an EXACT SCIENCE.
Only lawyers and juries. Have the Govt. supply the cheap Malpractice insurance like flood insurance If the Govt. on the health solution was serious.
Wasted tests and duplicate tests might allow others to be treated, insured without raising the costs.
if they want to reduce costs. It is taking away health coverage for others by making them cover their back.Cover more people show that this is a serious plan not filled with pork!
If you did not pay in why include this
groups until we resolve our current problem. Earn the right to get free medical by either going into the military or going into a high risk group which is like the car insurance when your teenager has lots of accidents so we can identify the costs.
Let congress use our health system

Also the Doctors say you sign to agree if the doctors overcharge and you complain "you pay."
