OFFERS THAT USE THE MACY'S NAME
Customers have reported receiving the following solicitations using our name:
1. Emails promising a $500 Macy's gift card in exchange for taking a survey or trial offer
2. Emails or calls asking customers to provide account numbers to claim prizes
3. Emails encouraging customers to visit a Macy's store to receive gift cards
Be aware that these emails and calls are not from Macy's. We do not offer gift cards in exchange for signing up for surveys or trial offers, and we would never ask you to provide credit card information in order to claim a prize.
