As a leader in the industry we have aggressively developed a proficient Accounting Controls and Reporting Department that is committed to supplying all clients with a level of service that is second to none. We have been very careful in the selection of the hardware and software support systems we have chosen. Through this careful selection, we have been able to offer our clients the flexibility of tailoring our accumulation, monitoring and reporting of data to their specific needs. In addition, we have continued to enhance our management services by providing state-of-the-art financial tools, including on-line banking to view client's accounts and check the status of payments, stop payments and other functions. We have an Automatic Clearing House (ACH) system that allows us to directly debit and credit money throughout the country with a click of a button from our offices. Pinnacle offers clients the opportunity to pay their association fees via VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
| All of the physical needs of our clients are handled through a services coordinator. The services coordinator is responsible for answering calls and helping clients with any questions or concerns that they may have -- from repairs, to leasing, to a billing statement, the services coordinator is there to meet the needs of Pinnacle clients (including owner, tenant, etc.) immediately. Part of Pinnacle’s success is a result of not having to make its clients wait or get lost in the maze of customer service departments or voicemail. Answers are just a phone call away. |
