Over the next several years, John managed and marketed Seneca Residential, while managing several suburban commercial properties. Under John’s leadership, the new division began to grow. In 1995, five years after the onset of Seneca Residential, John purchased the division from SenecaRoach Commercial Property Services and created Pinnacle Realty Services.

Since 1990, the company has gone from zero properties at its inception, to well over 600 single-family homes, 2570 condominium units, and two small commercial properties. The company manages ten associations in Pennsylvania and thirty-five associations in New Jersey.

Today, Pinnacle Realty Services operates in all counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. It is considered to be a principal provider of real estate services and management in the industry.
