In 1990 John was hired by SenecaRoach Commercial Property Services to start a residential division known as Seneca Residential
John's primary responsibilities included creating the initial contract draft to establishing the policies and procedures for client relations. In the five years that John was employed by SenecaRoach, he was given the assignment of managing and marketing a growing company, while he was responsible for the management of several suburban commercial properties.
In February of 1995, John received his R.P.A. (Real Property Administrator) designation conferred upon him by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). This designation's program covers every aspect of property management from the basics of building design, operation and maintenance to the specialized areas of commercial property law and risk management, marketing and leasing, budgeting and accounting, and asset management.
In May of 1995, John tested and passed his Pennsylvania Real Estate Sales Persons License. In July of 1995, John purchased Senaca Residential from SenecaRoach Commercial and created Pinnacle Realty Services. Pinnacle under John's ownership became the primary provider for residential property management for companies including Cigna, ACE, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, Unisys, and SmithKline Beecham. Pinnacle now operates in all the counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. John has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. His management approach is to develop the "team" concept of mutual cooperation. Pinnacle's team is recognized for its expertise and professionalism in the real estate industry.
In March of 2003, John received his Pennsylvania Brokers License from the Real Estate Commission.
He is proud to be the first to teach a property management course for Polley Institute which specializes in teaching courses for the real estate industry and the Pennsylvania real estate commission.

Anne Ross
Anne serves as Controller of Pinnacle. She has over 20 years of diversified professional experience as a financial executive in the real estate, retail and construction industries.
Previously with SenecaRoach Commercial Property Services as Controller, she was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all accounting information systems. She established and maintained controls of financial transactions, worked with independent auditors, coordinated and prepared budgeting and forecasting activities (1.5 million square feet - generating revenues in excess of $20 million), and prepared monthly statements for SenecaRoach and the properties they managed. In addition, Anne was responsible for analyzing monthly financial statements and preparing narrative analyses, which highlighted the major variances for both the corporation and properties managed. Anne also coordinated all annual reconciliation schedules for real estate taxes, operating expenses and Consumer Price Index adjustments.
Prior to joining SenecaRoach, Anne was employed by Asbestec Industries, Inc. where she held the positions of accounting department supervisor and operations controller. She was an integral part of the management team of this environmental company. She has extensive experience with the management of multiple subsidiary accounting and operations. Asbestec had several subsidiaries including Asbestec Training Academy, Applied Technology, Applied Environmental Laboratory and Asbestec Asbestos Removal Corporation. She worked along with the company's owners to bring the company public. She worked with the company's auditors during due diligence and subsequent Securities and Exchange Commission required reporting.
Anne is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University where she earned a degree in business management and marketing. She is currently in the process of obtaining a designation from the Community Associations Institute.
Maura B. Kelly, CPA
Maura serves as Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle. She has over 18 years of diversified experience in accounting and finance in both public accounting and private manufacturing industry.
Maura previously worked as controller for the Insinger Machine Company. As the chief financial officer of this organization, she was responsible for all aspects of the accounting function. Maura supervised other personnel in accounts receivable, billing and accounts payable. She coordinated the monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations and account analysis of balance sheet items. In addition, she coordinated the benefits including medical, dental, 401k and flex spending with outside vendors, worked with the insurance companies and brokers for their workers compensation, general liability and commercial packages as well as with banks for the organization's general operations. Maura also established and maintained control of financial transactions, worked with independent auditors, prepared budgets and maintained current tax information.
Prior to joining Insinger, Maura was employed by NER Data Products, Inc. as the assistant controller of a $76 million manufacturing organization. She was responsible for the monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, account analysis, monthly tax filings and prepared budgeting and forecasting activities. She also worked with the independent auditors.
Maura began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. As a senior accountant she supervised staff on auditing engagements.
Maura graduated with honors from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Maura is also a volunteer board member for a large not-for-profit organization in Philadelphia and coach for a grade school volleyball team.
