Our business (direct selling) is all about the opportunity to have your own business where you work for yourself and not for someone else who benefits from your efforts, i.e. a job and employer relationship.

The employer (your boss) makes money from your efforts, while you are limited by the employer's salary and can lose your job at any time that the employer decides.

There are many other benefits to direct selling, one of them being that we can work when we want and with whomever we want.

Of course, our business is like others in that we must work to build it;
It will not build itself, but it allows us to find others and put them on our team and they build their businesses, which allows our business to grow as well. This is a very important feature of our business, where we can be like franchisors, franchising our knowledge and our business.

Some people work our business and make supplemental income. Others decide to build their business on a more active, entrepreneurial basis and have the opportunity to earn much more income. Both choices require work.
The latter choice usually requires more time and patience while the business develops.
