Harry's love, devotion and contributions to the Middle Eastern arts has made him one of the most influential men in the Belly Dance world. Recipient of numerous awards, including "Lifetime Achievement Award" from Double Crown Productions, "MECDA Hall of Fame," and an Honored Professional in the "National Register's Who's Who", and his most recent award from "The Chronicles Magazine," Lifetime of Dedication, Achievement, and Contribution to the Art of the Middle Eastern Dance and Music.
A businessman for over 40 years, Harry is the designer and manufacturer of the largest selection of exquisitely designed finger cymbals, decorative coins and scimitars. A master craftsman and a recording artist, he brings the dancers the ultimate in sound, design and selection with his line of finger cymbals and memorable recordings. He holds degrees in business administration, tool design engineering and metallurgy. A consummate of Middle Eastern fine arts and music, Harry has produced and directed major Middle Eastern show productions from early '70s to mid '80s. He has served as a senior judge for dance competitions and occasionally a contributing writer for dance publications.
His line of Finger Cymbals and Decorative Coins for costuming are internationally known as well as his two recordings, "An Oriental Bouquet" and "Cairo."
