Thank you for visiting our web site. Please allow me to introduce myself and a concept that I have been perfecting for over 20 years.

As an engineer, business owner and entrepreneur, I have been fortunate to work closely with high level executives—mostly business owners. I've personally watched them grow from nothing to owning profitable corporations. Over this time, I've been intrigued with how these individuals are able to make money, friends and business contacts and "grow" in these areas quickly.

At first I asked, is it just personality? High IQ? Strong drive? Physical characteristics? What really sets these successful people apart as leaders rather than followers?

With my engineering background as a resource, I set out to document all aspects of their character and actions. Oh yes, I too have read dozens of self-help books ranging from Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" to Donald Trump's "The Art of the Deal." All such books recount stories and offer step-by-step procedures to success, but none really hits on the simple, concrete essence of their success.

As a result of my experience and studies, I have hit upon the "shortened formula" for success and have actually factored it down to three words. These three words allow each one of us to easily understand the principles.

This web page, soon to be expanded into a book, will show you these three simple steps, how to recognize them and how to implement them quickly. It's not intellectually difficult but it is tough to remember to apply them to everyday situations, encounters, conversations and negotiations. It takes practice to keep the formula in the front of our minds while meeting and talking to people every day.

This formula works even better when building friendships, dating, with family relationships, hobbies and work development. No, you don't need movie star looks, high intelligence, or any other talents usually associated with success. I can guarantee you will double or triple your results almost immediately upon grasping the three-step concept.
