PRESS RELEASE March 2007

Southpointe Telecom Technology recently completed engineering, installation and maintainence of telecommunications for 147 (588 students) units of student housing in Salisbury, Maryland. Southpointe partnered with Grant Architects, Developers Lockwood Bros. and contractors Ambling Construction.  Southpointe provided telephone, cable TV, fire detection and LAN/fiber computer network all 588 studetns. The project, Salisbury University Village, is comprise of eleven 3 story buildings. All Fire Alarm monitoring and CCTV surviellance is monitored 24 hours by Southpointe. Ambling constructed the buildings, valued at over $25 million, Southpointe Telecom Technology completed engineering design partner with Grant Architects.
