HOW CAN THE CABLING BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING BUILDING? We have 20 years experience in tackling buildings of all types. We always find access points leading to each floor. We start at the telecom rooms and usually find runways already in place. In severe cases, we will
do a 100% Wireless Installation.
HOW LONG DOES THE INSTALLATION TAKE? We can usually complete the job within a week. We are very careful to respect property, reduce noise and keep the dust to a minimum.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL COST OF A SYSTEM? An easy way to calculate the approximate cost of a system is to take the total unit installation cost (usually approximately $40 per apartment) and multiply this amount by 12 to 24 months. This calculation will provide a ballpark estimate for the 'one time' cost of the system. Of course, many installation options are available, and each situation is different with different solutions and costs.
WHO INSTALLS THE SYSTEM? We at Southpointe Telecom have our own technicians under our direct control. We have full commercial "General Liability" insurance coverage.
CAN NEIGHBORING BUILDINGS TAP INTO OUR SIGNAL? IS THIS A SECURE SYSTEM ? We provide pass codes for all apartments providing a secure access to the WIFI system.
