 Energy Assistance
Worried about the cost of heating your home? Get help through Multnomah County's Energy Assistance Programs.
How Do I Apply? Eligibility is based on total gross household income. This means that families sharing a home must apply as one residence unit. To be eligible, the total household cannot exceed the following amounts:
- 1 in household = $1402 per month
- 2 in household = $1833 per month
- 3 in household = $2264 per month
- 4 in household = $2695 per month
- 5 in household = $3127 per month
- 6 in household = $3558 per month
- For each additional member, add $431 per month

Community Energy Project
-
CEP educates over 1,500 Portland residents each year on weatherization, water conservation, and lead poisoning prevention. The Senior Weatherization Program annually serves 200 homes of senior citizens and people with disabilities. Through this program, participants are able to improve the comfort level and safety in their homes, and also save money on energy or water bills.
