Flagger's Certification



Listed below are various places in the Portland area that a person can obtain a Flagger's Certification. If you are receiving or are applying for AFDC (cash assistance) or Food Stamps, you will need to get a referral from your case manager or the STS Food Stamp Staff in order to get signed up and reimbursed for this training.

If you are a "One Stop" client (not receiving any services), you will need to pay for this training on your own and call the company directly to get into a training.

  • Weekly classes are offered every Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m.

**NOTE: You must call in ADVANCE to reserve a slot for ANY of the trainings listed above. At the end of the training, you will receive a "temporary" certification card. Later you will receive an official certification card by Oregon Department of Transportation from Salem.
