You must be available for a call back on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3-7 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-5:30 p.m.

503-525-6400. They answer their phones from 4-9 p.m., Monday through Friday, as well as weekends and holidays.

Hosted by the First United Methodist Church. An emergency family shelter that serves up to 24 people nightly.

Portland Habilitation Center Housing

PHC has affordable and low income apartment units. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. Requirements include rental, credit, and criminal histories. However, extenuating circumstances and letters of support or recommendations from community agencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Provides Homeless Family services to help families rebuild their lives after homelessness. Additional services include the Safety Net program to help low income individuals and families with RENT ASSISTANCE.
