Portland Habilitation Center Housing

PHC has affordable and low income apartment units. Section 8 vouchers are welcome. Requirements include rental, credit, and criminal histories. However, extenuating circumstances and letters of support or recommendations from community agencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
