Career development classes are a resource for all ongoing Steps to Success students. The classes are intended to help participants improve their employment marketing skills and materials. The weekly job search lab gives student the opportunity to brush up their resume, interviewing skills, cover letters, and employment applications. Other class opportunites include: i-Match (The Oregon Employment Department's web-based, job matching tool) and career research (a career information and exploration lab).
