INTERVIEW CLOTHING

DRESS FOR SUCCESS OF OREGON

  • You must have a REFERRAL to this program (please see a staff member in the Career Center for a referral).
  • Women's clothing only. You must be a woman who needs PROFESSIONAL clothing and/or shoes and accessories (i.e., general office, customer service, professional, etc.).
  • You must have a professionally prepared resume finished before your referral.
  • Before you can get a referral, you must already have an interviewset up (they will take last minute referrals).
  • You are allowed to use Dress for Success services ONE TIME only regardless of how many times you come back to Steps to Success.

  • After you get employed, you can join the Dress for Success Professional Women's Group which provides many additional benefits.

  • You may come every two weeks and receive 10 items for every family member (total of 20 items per family member each month)

ALSO AVAILABLE-- professional clothing appropriate for job or job interview available by referral from an agency case manager, verification of new job, or job interview.

      • **Important: You need to go to Workforce Connections IN PERSON and fill out some required paperwork before you are hired into a job in order to qualify for this resource
      • Money is available for clothing and/or tools required for employment (*Note: You must have a CURRENT job offer AND have filled out the required paperwork IN ADVANCE in order to get reimbursed for tools or clothing.)
      • Must buy your clothing upfront, bring in your receipts, and get reimbursed
      • Resources available for men and women
