I prescribe: It is not only the job of your corporation to train your employees, it is now your task to educate and train your customers -- you and me -- otherwise, your prospects will never learn how to use your products and services and be your customers. Nor should they; yesterday's products and services are today's junk.

And I envision the day when very successful, very profitable businesses -- with substantial cash-on-hand and equities in assets -- will not qualify for lines of credit or loans. I envision the bankers will say:
"Yes, your business is very successful and you have plenty of cash and assets. However, you don't actively contribute enough of your profits into your community -- and we cannot invest in your business because you are not actively investing time and money in your community. After all, the citizens who offer their time and energy to your business plan -- your employees as well as your customers -- are the foundation of your success and ours!"
