Steve: I want to say something about your conference calls. They are wonderful. I believe you have an edge on the market when it comes to teaching real estate (meaning your JumpStart conference calls and mentoring programs). We have learned more in these conference calls (and emails and private phone calls) with you than all the classes and boot camps we have attended over the years. Why? You said it last night - "There is only one way to learn - one step at a time. You have to learn as you go". When we attend a class or a boot camp - we always leave loaded with lots of knowledge and information. Then, the first time we try out what we learn, we get hit with something that wasn't covered, or we go blank with "now what do I do?" And there is no help through the deal. Many of these real estate seminars have call centers. The call centers are full of people well meaning but inexperienced. Last fall, we ran into an individual who worked for a call center for one of these real estate seminar groups. He was going to their boot camps; he was trying to learn so he could help students who called in. With your conference calls, you are there. You have a program. It has direction. You have answers. When we hit bumps - you're there. We've only been working with you for about three weeks, and already we have a sense of confidence like NEVER before! You have answers and, better, you have helped us build up our resources of where to turn and for what, etc. With all of our years of experience with "trainings" we feel we have been just digging a hole -- And now, we are seing successful. Anyway, thank you!

I just really want to say thanks again--for your enthusiasm, your encouragement, your depth of knowledge that you are sharing with us and your willingness to help us each and every step of the way!!! It's pretty phenomenal. I have to tell you that I was a little skeptical initially (at the preview seminar). I had never heard of this company or Matt Mattson. I wanted to believe that he was speaking the truth and that everything would be as represented--but I was not sure. You have certainly gone miles & miles to convince me. These various lectures and reading materials have not helped me go out and find nor make deals. Their support teams and coaching calls are given, but when you ask questions they seem to not know how to answer. Or they tell you to call the “resource line.” The resource line is not informative and they answer with questions that make you chase another avenue and avoid answering my questions. The classic answer, " Well what do you think it should be?"
I do not feel they are worth 1/100 compared to the education I received from Steve's Jump Start Conference Call.
Thank you for giving me hope in my future as a real estate investor.
