The logo here is the official logo of the Environmental Justice Founation. A group based in Utah, comprised of Native Americans form all over the country who promote the rights of Native Americans and all peoples to choose their economic futures. As a result, they have filed a law suit in the State of Utah agianst the approval by the EPA of a lease on Utah tribal lands to house a high-level nuclear waste facility. The tribe has NOT seen or approved the lease that is supposed to be ready for EPA approval. It has been an honor and priviledge for me to served on the Advisory Board for this organization.

It’s not surprising that, in 1986 –even before the “world wide web” was in place – I founded one of the first Internet-based businesses in America. Since 1965, I have immersed myself in the philosophies and practicalities of providing excellence in customer service/satisfaction and conducting business profitably in a community enhanced by electronic media, inspired as a student at Brigham Young University by Marshall McCluhan’s The Medium is the Message and Understanding Media: the Extensions of Man (1964) and, later, as a business owner and veteran ad agency/promotion director by Alvin Toffler’s Third Wave (circa 1980) – two landmark, trend-predicting books.
Having developed products and presentation outlines for nationally broadcast, top-selling infomercials (described as one of the “Top 5 infomercial presenters/product developers in America”) and the corresponding “back office” infrastructure that includes customer/distributor service and support, telemarketing operations, and accrual accounting and tracking systems, my experience has shown me that you, as a business owner, must understand that the most valuable asset in your business inventory:
