Zero Down Deals That Work Logo V2.gif
This is the logo on all my workbooks (except my very first, the "yellow pack"). After my first pack, I modified my logo to include the word "that" = "Zero Down Deals That Work!" ... because some "zero cash down deals" really DON'T work. The models I teach do. You can pull up a better graphic of this logo from any of the cover below on this page.

I would like to combine this "anniversary" graphic idea with the "Zero Down Deals That Work" logo, into one graphic with the theme, "nearly 30 years of Quality Real Estate Education".

This is a VERY rough idea of the combination I think might work. Except, I think the Zero could look like it is inserted in the folds of the banner, so that the banner wraps around the Zero.... What do you think?

These stickers were my "signature close" ... I became famous for challenging people "the ones with the guts make the money, and the ones with the brains: give seminars!"

I started out with: "Here is the ultimate affirmation: 'I have Guts!' Put that on your mirror or on your fridge and repeat that saying 4 to 40 times per day. Then for those of you who just don't have any guts: 'My Wife has Guts!' .. or 'My Husband has Guts!" And finally, for those of you who are 'guts-rupt': 'My Realtor has Guts!'" This was a humorous close.




The Model Closing
Back in the 80's, this is a four cassette tape package I wrote and sold as part of my "Zero Down Deals That Work!" real estate investors program. I still get comments from real estate investors that these are the "best" educational program available today. This package, with workbook, explains ONE cash-back, positive cash flow transaction from beginning to end.

In the 80's I did an infomercial. The business opportunity was HUD MMI (Mortgage Insurance) refunds. We sold 10,000 of these books each week for several months. This was fun!

LA "RE Superstar" Convention Center Marquee
Back in the 80's I spoke as 1 or 4 speakers on a Saturday at the LA Convention Center, during "Real Estate Week" by decree of then Mayor Bradley. (This decree was part of the deal we negotiated with the city of LA to rent their convention Center as the venue for one of our infomercials on real estate investing.) 10,000 people showed up on Saturday. Another 10,000 people showed up Sunday. I didn't speak on Sunday. Other speakers were my "partners" in a business dba "Real Estate Superstars": Hal Morris, Mike and Irene Milen, Dave Deldato, Tony Hoffman, Phil Drummond, Wayne Philips, and some others.

Before I made the career change to real estate, I was program director and prmotion director for a radio station ... That lead me into starting and owning my own advertising agency called PowerHouse Communications. One of my projects was designing this Image Campaign for a real estate company, Equitable Realty, in Provo, Utah. In 1976, I directed the art and had a graphics artist put my ideas together. In 1977, my agency won the "Silver Award of Advertising Excellence" from the Utah Advertising Federation. Interesting, this was the year I closed down the agency and became a real estate agent. 6 months later, I bought the real estate company -- the one for which I had designed this award winning logo! And that began my real estate education carreer.

Back in the 70's, I operated an award winning advertising agency. This was one of the most fun projects I directed. "C51" was "Channel 51" - a magazine for electronics people. This cover promoted an article on "single-side band," using 1/2 of a short wave radio signal. Get it? 1/2 of radio signal? Ergo, a radio cut in half.
