Agreement and Disclaimer

I hereby direct VSF Solutions to use their best efforts to contact my Leads (names and phone numbers described below) and to use the most effective script possible to obtain information from each Lead to assist me in determining the owner(s) and seller(s) of real estate properties to maximize my profits. In choosing to use the services of VSF Solutions, I agree to:
(1) Submit my Leads to VSF Solutions in the format requested by VSF Solutions, namely a spreadsheet or fax listing 1) the potential property for sale and 2) the name(s) of the prospective owner(s)/seller(s), the �Lead�, together with 3) �Other Contacts� for each Lead, including the each name, each phone number, and with the possible relationships of each person other than the Lead who may have information that will assist in finding and actually interviewing the Lead. (See details on format submissions below.)
(2) Pay VSF Solutions for a) a one-time subscription/set up fee of an amount at the then current rate, and b) an additional fee paid in advance PER LEAD (a name(s) with one or more phone numbers) to establish my Level of Service based on the number of Leads I want you to contact for me each month, and c) an annual renewal fee, as long as the services are profitable to me. The fees are payments are posted and this agreement is NOT final until I make payment to VSF Solutions.
