Brian and Jim Nevada bought a property with no money down, and sold it for $250k with $15,000 down with a wrap mortgage which includes a mortgage payment balloon to them for $75,000 in 3 years... I wrote the docs and supervised the entire closing.
Dean in KS bought a 2.2 million dollar 36 unit apartment, I wroter the purchase agreement for him; I helped him finalize a condo conversion he sold the units off as condos for a retail value of 3.3 Million. These various lectures and reading materials have not helped me go out and find nor make deals. Their support teams and coaching calls are given, but when you ask questions they seem to not know how to answer. Or they tell you to call the “resource line.” The resource line is not informative and they answer with questions that make you chase another avenue and avoid answering my questions. The classic answer, " Well what do you think it should be?"
I do not feel they are worth 1/100 compared to the education I received from Steve's Jump Start Conference Call.
