Access the Healing Power of Your Breath

Most of the time, breathing is unconscious. When you become aware of your breath, however, you can use it consciously to heal anxiety and stress syndromes and maintain optimum health. The BodyMind Breathwork Practitioner Program is six months, 314 credit hours & gives you guidance and support in the process of learning to use your breath for release, relaxation, energy, cleansing, purification & discovery of your emotional self and how to release & communicate about your feelings.

BodyMind Breathwork is an integrative practice that leads to physical & emotional purification, deeper relationships with yourself and others and enhanced ability to understand the energy dynamics you encounter each day of your life. Through Emotion Repatterning, conditioned, automatic emotion responses that have become dysfunctional patterns in your life can be replaced with patterns of healthy emotion communication.

Conscious Breathing is a powerful stress release mechanism. When natural breathing is blocked by smoking, holding or shallow breathing habits, physical tension levels skyrocket. This can have health effects such as increased blood pressure, cold hands and feet, increased anxiety and pain symptoms, digestive problems & headaches. Breath holding blocks feeling & impedes physical functioning. When holding your breath becomes a constant, daily habit, you unconsciously clamp a vise around your chest and put yourself in a straight jacket. Your cells can't get the oxygen they need. Breath holding can be used continuously to block feelings you have been taught are unacceptable, or to become invisible because you have been taught it is wrong to show up. Breath holding results in a general lack of aliveness, a feeling of helplessness and being stuck. Ironically, addictive habits such as smoking are undertaken to relieve stress, but in fact only increase it.

BodyMind Breathwork teaches you how to access the healing power of your breath. It integrates rebirthing, touch sensitivity, deep reassurance, emotion repatterning, and techniques for healing abuse and past trauma. The BodyMind Breathwork Program is completely about your own healing. It gives you insight into your patterns, addictions and scripts while empowering you to move forward into your true self and your authentic life.

The BodyMind Breathwork Practitioner Program

The BodyMind Breathwork Program teaches you how to stop holding your breath; build confidence in group situations; stop judging others; be patient when teaching others; access your own creativity; reach win/win solutions and agreements; stop taking on others' problems or emotions; maintain emotional balance when confronted with difficult people or circumstances; understand what's going on with other people; communication with different personalities and learning styles; access inner peace; improve self esteem; improve leadership skills; increase awareness of your personal direction in life.
